Policies
- Deposit
- A $40 deposit holds every first appointment and comes off your total on the day. There is one chair, so a no-show on a three-hour block cannot be filled.
- Cancellations
- CANCELLATION WINDOW — e.g. 24 hours’ notice to move or cancel, or the deposit is kept.
- Running late
- LATE POLICY — e.g. more than 15 minutes late and the set may have to be shortened or rescheduled.
- Fills at 24 days or more
- Booked and priced as a new full set. Past three weeks there is not enough of the old set left to fill, and pretending otherwise makes for a worse result.
- Coming from another artist
- Send a photo when you book. If the base is sound it is a fill plus $25. If it needs correcting it is booked as a full set the first time, then normal fill pricing after that.
- Guests
- GUEST POLICY — e.g. the suite fits one client at a time.
Questions
Before your first set
How long does an appointment take?
Two hours for a classic or hybrid set, two and a half for Russian volume, three for mega volume. Fills are shorter — usually 60 to 90 minutes depending on how much has grown out. The exact duration shows when you book.
How long does a set last?
Three to four weeks for most people. Your natural lashes shed on their own cycle and the extensions go with them, so retention moves with your lash type, your routine and things like pregnancy or a change in medication. It is not a sign anything went wrong.
How often do I need a fill?
Every two to three weeks. Fills here are priced by the number of days since your last visit rather than a flat rate, because a fill at nine days is a short appointment and a fill at three weeks is most of a rebuild. Come back inside two weeks and it is $90 on a volume set; leave it to three and the same appointment is $150. Past 23 days it books as a new full set.
Will extensions damage my natural lashes?
Not when they are applied one-to-one on an isolated lash, at a weight your own lash can carry. Damage comes from lashes glued together, extensions that are too heavy or too long, and picking at them. None of those happen here.
Can I still wear makeup?
Yes — everything except mascara and oil-based removers on the eye area. Most clients stop wearing eye makeup entirely, which is usually the point.
Can I work out, swim, shower?
After the first 24 hours, yes to all of it. Wash the lashes daily with a lash cleanser, dry them gently, and brush them through. Clean lashes last noticeably longer than untouched ones.
I have extensions from another artist. Can you fill them?
Send a photo when you book. If the base is sound it is a normal fill plus a $25 assessment. If it needs correcting it is booked as a full set the first time so it can be built properly — after that you are on normal fill pricing.
Do you do lash lifts?
No. Chemical lash lifts and perms are prohibited in New York State, so no licensed studio here can legally offer one. This studio does extensions only.
What if I have sensitive eyes?
Tell me before you book. There are lower-fume adhesive options and a patch test can be done at a short pre-appointment.
